Katherine is
calling Nick. She needs to see him pronto. Something needs to be
settled before the holidays. He'll be right over. Phyllis is grumpy;
he's going out so soon after sex? Yup, it might be an "opportunity" he
can't pass up.
Chance is grilling Chloe about Billy being "available" again. She
wouldn't be lying to her, would she? Does she still have the hots for
Billy? Well, he knows how to make love to a woman, doesn't he?
Ashley is comforting Billy as it pertains to Mac, and then talks about
Useless Rag Magazine and an issue that must be out by Thanksgiving?
Then he tells Ashley to go home to her baby, where at that moment Adam
wants to take the baby away from Sharon and call it a night.
Chloe says she's happy that Mac and Billy are over, but Chance is not
satisfied. He could tell how hard she took Billy leaving her. Yeah,
but they share a baby; she was hurt because they aren't a family. Oh
well, Chance flicks it off as being "a long day".
Billy is buying a drink for some woman at the Indigo!, whom he
introduces himself to as "Liam".
Katherine has a deal for Nick. Underwriters are in place. The SEC
satisfied. So how 'bout it; would Nick like to get in on the ground
floor. She's making the offer out of "respect" for Victor and Nick,
who speaking for the family, says he's honored.
Phyllis is wearing a red robe when Jack appears. Nick called him to
say the deal is off; did Phyllis know? She says she didn't. What is it
with Nick "blowing me off"? Well, it could be that Nick found out that
she and Jack had sex.
Ashley returns to the Ponderosa. Sharon is gone. Adam tells how he's
there all alone. Ashley wonders about his "date", who he says is okay.
Yeah, but does the date know his "history"? The baby fussing, Ashley
goes off. Adam picks up the phone and summons the limo.
Home, Sharon greets Fisher the Dog! Noah left her a message that he'll
be home before "curfew".
