Holy Jesus! Old man Victor Newman took three bullets to the chest and he'll
survive? Really? No long, drawn out, hovering over his death bed by family
members? Not one person blaming themselves for what crazy Patty Williams
did? Is it that they didn't have time? The great man won't be at the God
Have Mercy Medical Center more than a couple hours before his quack hands
out another lease on life. Hey, we should be so lucky.
Did you notice too that Victor's children had to get the news from J.T.
Hellstrom pertaining to daddy's involvement with crazy shooter Patty
Williams? And why, during his time of need, when for all she knew Victor
might die, did crazy wife Ashley decide this was the time to leave her sugar
daddy? Where will she go? On what will she subsist? Will she simply go back
to work and act like nothing has changed?
Will the day come when step-son Adam Wilson won't be able to order Dr.
Taylor to make a house call on a moments notice? Free of the ties that bound
him, why is Adam stuck in that house of horrors known as the Newman
Ponderosa? Why can't he come up with a plan to keep Ashley put? He didn't
have a problem convincing her that Sabrina Newman was alive, so why does
that job fall to the evil doctor and why the hell is Ashley writing Victor a
Dear John letter? Just leave already! Victor ain't gonna care why.
Getting back to those pitiful children, how creepy that it took Victor -
telling Nick Newman and Victoria Hellstrom that if he dies he wants them to
tell their mother how much he loved her - to get the kids back on the
we-got-to-find-Nikki Newman bandwagon? How many weeks have passed since the
old cow didn't come back for the nightly milking?
