If you didn't already know, if you may have guessed
from yesterday's Daze, Sabrina Casterfate is
reportedly pregnant. Yes, on the day she marries the
great Victor Newman, the man old enough to be her
grandfather, Sabrina will be knocked up.
Ain't that just the greatest damn thing you ever did
hear? Can you imagine the wasn't so sure there for
awhile that she should take up with the old fart,
that as Victor is about to put the pork to her,
Sabrina doesn't ask if he's wearing a condom, or
that she hasn't taken some sort of precaution of her
own?
It couldn't have been that she asked, and he told
her he's shooting blanks, could it? Given how gossip
spreads in Genoa City, Sabrina hasn't heard about
the infamous stolen sperm case? She so wants his
family "gathered" around her at the wedding Sabrina
has no idea what that entails? Would that family
include Matt Miller?
And what of the pregnancy? Will it resemble Lily
Winters? Will Victoria Hellstrom push Sabrina down
the stairs? Will a new Newman on the way make
Victoria's hate for Sabrina go away?
Never mind what Sabrina was thinking, what was
Victor thinking? Does he really want another child
growing up without a father? Hasn't he seen what
becomes of neglected kids like Victor Newman JR.,
who so dislikes his daddy he won't go by the Newman
name? Was Victor's impregnation simply his way of
bragging? Of showing the world that despite his age
he's still a hot stud? Is it a message to
grandfather's everywhere that they too should knock
their women up and to hell with the fact that by the
time the child is ten they'll be in their eighties?
Can you see Victor attending "Parent's Day" at
Rapidly Aging Summer Camp for his new son or
daughter? Will he have to propped up, or wheeled
around town, like Grandpa Simpson to his child's
first sporting event or school play?
