In other events, is there any doubt that Heather
Stevens is a loser? Now that she's lost her first
major case as a Jabot Cosmetics corporate attorney,
will Jill Abbott fire her ass? Will it come out that
while the case was in progress Heather was having
sex with a member of the opposing counsel's staff?
Since her arrival in Genoa City as a
Princeton-educated lawyer, Heather has lost two
major cases. The one she flubbed for the District
Attorney's office got her fired, and now she's on
the losing end of case the judge said never had
merit. Not to blow my own horn, I wrote from the
outset that Jabot was not financially harmed as a
result of Newman Enterprises acquisition of some
obscure cosmetics company. That's what Jabot gets
for not putting its best lawyer on the case. For one
so important that Jabot CEO Chow had to personally
oversee it, why did she assign it to the rookie?
Ah, that's right. Nikki is a fool. Her new husband
rattled off a list of former wives who died while he
was married to them, her former hippie friend Paul
confirmed that he's investigating David Chow for
free out of a need to "protect" her, and that so
many women, four to be exact with the inclusion of
Carmen Mesta, are dead and their fortunes
squandered, so what does Nikki do? She flips Paul
off and takes David home to have sex.
So I'm wondering here if David likes his women on
the plump side. Looking like a pig stuffed for
turkey dinner, Nikki's a good fifty pounds
overweight. She's old too. A good twenty years
David's senior, does he fantasize about his mother
when they're going at it? Does she ask, "are you
having trouble getting in?" because of all the
blubber?
To be clear, David didn't kill Carmen. Crazy
brain-tumor Jana Hawkes took credit for that.
Speaking of Jana, where's she been? Dusting the
shark at Sabrina Casterfate's privately owned art
gallery? Did she miss all the action at the Jitter
Joint when Jeff Bardwell nearly croaked? It couldn't
be that Jana is advocating for Gloria Bardwell again
- could it? The question comes to mind because for
all Gloria has done, and will do, can you believe
that she and Lauren Baldwin will join forces to
throw a Father's Day party for Michael? Are you
prepared to hear a million times what a great father
Michael is? And what a day for a party - Friday the
13th! Shouldn't Gloria be worried about her karma?
Apparently not as I'm hearing via the grapevine that
my worst fear is coming. Lauren will give Gloria a
job at the Little Shop of Horrors!
Let's see, who else could be celebrating daddy's
day? Victor Newman? With his children? Sort of. The
old-timer will spend the day with neglected, you
will be the best man at my wedding, Adam! Now think
real hard. What's the greatest gift Sabrina could
give Victor on this special day?
