I can't stop laughing. The Securities and Exchange
Commission is launching an investigation because
Jabot Cosmetics hired gambling addict David Chow?
It's all CEO Jill Abbott's fault because she was
supposed to know that Chow had an addiction and this
impacted Jabot stock how?
It wasn't that at the time before she married the
slime, Nikki Newman actually hired Chow, but Jill,
who Katherine wouldn't allow to fire David even when
she did, is to blame? And none of this was made
public before a sleazy fashion magazine published an
article about Jill wherein it was claimed Jill used
the situation to appoint Cane Ashby the new CEO?
Lower than a snake in a rut Brad Carlton "leaked"
this to the press? There's wasn't a press conference
held at which Cane's good fortune was revealed?
Learning that someone with no experience was heading
a major cosmetics company would not have been reason
enough for stockholders to sell en mass, it's the
article in Useless Style opening the company to
investigation and Katherine is worried stock will
take another hit? Didn't the old lady go along with
Cane's promotion? Sure, she objected at first, but
then she bragged what a good job her grandson will
do.
What's the best Jill can do? Remind Brad that he
signed a confidentiality agreement? Threaten USM
publisher Jack Abbott with a libel suit? Remind Jack
that he'll never again rule his father's company
when if the Bardwell's have their way that's exactly
what will happen?
Who can count how many times Brad has worked at
Newman Enterprises and Jabot? How many times has
Nikki Chow passed through the revolving doors, or
Victoria Hellstrom, or any of these freaks including
J.T. Hellstrom, who after learning his combat
boot-wearing wife is out on her ass again, said he
couldn't quit because someone's got to keep an eye
on NE even as he worries more about finding Nikki.
And for god's sake why didn't Victor Adam Newman
fire the hunkmonkey while he was firing the bitch?
Why keep a liability around? If VAN doesn't watch
it, J.T. will be snooping into his computer next.
Can you imagine that? J.T. just happened to have
access to Nick Newman's computer? He founds "signs
of hacking" and right away suspected Jack? What were
the clues? When was J.T. ever at USM where,
presuming the computer was a laptop, Nick would have
left it while he was rushing off to Mexico? Given
that his mother packed bags for the trip, why
wouldn't Nick take his laptop? What if he had
important phone numbers on it, or needed to check
the Internet to read what the media was saying about
his thought dead daddy and the latest scandal to hit
the pages of USM?
Does anyone know why so long after Cassie Newman's
death it's Nick who must say he won't let the latest
tragedy drag him down like he let Cassie drag him
down? Why is it that Cassie's mother only remembers
Cassie when Nick brings it up?
